Data from over 24.000 responses from more than 80 Intranet User Surveys in Danish companies give important insight and learnings from the real practice experts: The intranet users. Mads Richard reveals some major learnings that shows the importance of asking users systematic and frequent – in order to motivate and involve more users, document short- and long-term effect of improvements and to locate and understand internal differences.
