One size does not fit all. How to make your intranet/digital workplace relevant for all employees
From the reception desk to the facilities department, and from finance to the boardroom: there are at least seven distinct groups of employees in each organisation. Of course, your intranet or digital workplace should service all of them. But which groups could (or should) benefit from the intranet more than others?
