Digital employee experience and digital workplace consultant- Founder of Brayton House

Christiaan is a consultant specialising in digital employee experience (#DEX), intranet and digital workplace. He works for organisations such as Jessa Hospital, NATO NCI Agency, DLL, Landal GreenParks, Erasmus University Rotterdam, and the City of The Hague. He contributed to prize-winning intranets for Translink (2014), Alliander (2017) and Espria (2018). It is Christiaan’s mission to bring organizations closer to their employees. To achieve this, he focuses on thoroughly understanding people and their context (i.e. empathy), as well as observing, testing and analysing their online behaviour (i.e. evidence). The result? Happier employees, who now have more time to serve customers, patients, students, guests, et cetera.
